  Hi there! This is Seoulring, your rebellious designer. Aewol, located in Jeju, is a hotspot bustling with tourists, especially the younger crowd. Though I’m not sure if I can call myself a tourist, I found myself passing through Aewol and craving mulhoe (cold raw fish soup). After searching, I ended up at Aewol Eunhye Jeonbok , a place that comes up as a recommended Jeju mulhoe spot on search engines. If you search “Jeju Mulhoe Restaurant,” this place appears around the fourth page (on desktop). Even though some places rely on blog sponsorships, let me tell you this: Eunhye Jeonbok doesn’t need it . As someone who loves Korean cuisine and seafood, I believe the best abalone comes straight from Wando’s local market. The abundance of fresh, large, farmed abalones there is unrivaled.
